We were able to help this homeowner that was being abused by his wife’s school friends.
Unfortunately, his wife had come down with dementia, or something similar, several years ago and purchased this house under some llc so that her old school-age friends could live there, without him knowing about it. He found this all out after the fact. The tenants never paid any rent and trashed the place.
Finally, after several years of this, the owner finally figured out what he needed to do to get this house sold and we were able to come in and buy it from him in the shape that it was in.
This seller was finally able to unload this huge financial burden and we were able to clean up the neighborhood by cleaning up this house.
